Nostalgic (@_lucas.novaes), DJ from Curitiba, Brazil, seeks to present sounds with a “vulnerable/imperfect” essence, believing the beauty of all things is in fact in “imperfection”, while also envisioning a deattachment from generic patterns.

While balancing dancing, ethereal and intricate elements, intends to provide vivid, comforting, thought-provoking and, as implied, nostalgic sensations. Taking advantage of “past”, while aiming a hopeful future.

It is influenced by MPB, 60’s, 70’s, jazz, soul, dub, ambient and pop, presenting these influences mostly through House, Techno and all of their sub-genres, valuing a minimalistic approach as much as an experimental look.
